Transforming Tenants to Landlords
A LATAK program turning tenants into homeowners through minimal savings and structured pathways - starting from as low as KES 100 daily.
House price divided into equal monthly payments over five to twenty years. Homes provided by LATAK for ownership acquisition.
Periodic savings through SACCOS or individuals toward set construction projects - from as low as KES 100 daily for three to five years.
Members buy or build at competitive prices via cash or low-interest loans from local and international financial partners and developers.
